Prisoner E and the Canadian prison strap – Miss Sultrybelle

Prisoner E has been found in possession of a mobile phone and that is forbidden whilst in custody. She is taken to Officer Belle’s office for a severe and prolonged punishment. 40 strokes with the dragon cane and then 40 lashes with the Canadian prison strap.
