Timmy and the martinet – At Home with Miss Iceni

Matron is interviewing Timmy in his room after his visit to the shower block. Unfortunately, matron has been informed that Warden Moneypenny has found Timmy to have failed his last 3 underpants inspections. Matron makes Timmy stand on a chair while she smacks his thighs, then inspects his underpants, inside and out. They are not clean enough again. As Matron believes cleanliness is next to Godliness, she administers a painful punishment with the martinet. Timmy must learn his lesson.
